How do we recruit our candidates?
Our team uses the most advanced research methods, and thanks to our large IT and general network, we help our clients find the ideal candidate. Nevertheless, we also assist our candidates in finding the job opportunity that suits them.
How does our recruitment process work?
We organise a preliminary phone interview of the candidate and schedule an interview in our offices, where we assess the candidate’s knowledge as well as his/her personality.
We then select the candidates who best fit our client’s company. We send a debriefing and the candidate’s CV to provide the client with as much information as possible before meeting the candidate.
We also offer pre-recruitment services, meaning that the candidate starts working for the company as a consultant for a minimum predetermined period, after which the candidate can have the opportunity to continue working for our client.
This allows both the candidate and the client to find out if they suit each other.

Our consultants work on an assignment for our clients. Based on the client’s needs to strengthen their team or to develop a new project, we suggest a consultant matching their demands. The mission can be short or long-term, and can be renewed if necessary.
